NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REQUIRED

REQUESTVARIANCE FOR ACCESSORY LOCATION ARTICLE 17, SECTION 7

Please take notice that the Greenwood Township ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS will hold a Public Hearing August 13th, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Greenwood Township Hall, located at 9025 Yale Rd, Greenwood Township Michigan.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive comments from residents, property owners, and the general public regarding a Proposed Request for a Variance for an Accessory Building in the Required Front Yard Area, Article 17, Section 7.

The applicant; Todd Desloover, Parcel# 74 22 029 2001000 commonly known as 9719 Wilkes Rd, Greenwood Township Michigan.

The property is Zoned Residential

The applicant is requesting a variance to build a 50 x 96 Polebarn for storage in the front yard area.

The Proposed Variance Application will be available for review at the Greenwood Township Hall at 9025 Yale Rd at normal business hours. Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The Zoning Board Of Appeals will receive written comments no later than Tuesday August 12th 2025 until the close of business hours (2:00 pm). Additionally at the hearing oral comments will be heard.
